After the first application, your skin is moisturised, soothed and soft to touch.

1. Apply a small amount of product to cleansed, dry skin.
2. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and remove carefully. For a more intensive effect, it can be left on overnight.
3. Use the product once or twice a week as step 1 in the Pro Biome Defence skincare routine, followed by the Pro Biome Defence Drops (step 2) and the Pro Biome Defence Face Cream (step 3).
